Let me know if you give this one a try ❤️ Here’s how I made it: - 1T olive oil (I use - 1 T butter - 1 shallot, finely diced - 2-3 garlic cloves, grated - 1 t salt (to taste) - 1 t black pepper (to taste) - 1 t red pepper (to taste) - 1/2 t oregano (to taste) - 4.5oz tube tomato paste - 1 cup orzo pasta (I used - 50ml vodka (a little less than 1/3 cup) - 2-3 cups chicken broth - 1/2 cup cream - Fresh basil, torn - Parmesan, to taste 1.
